The Samar Farms is an organic farm stay destination in Delhi & NCR for those people who wish to explore and experience lush green environment, fresh air and want to experience peace of mind with modern amenities.

This farm is serving you with 4BHK luxury boutique accomodation for approx 20 people and a big state-of-the-art lobby is set with 4 sofa-cum-double bed, thereby inviting you to lounge comfortably in your leisurely time.  The Farm House comes with kitchen garden and well-equipped shared kitchenette with enough cutlery/ crockery. You have access to the lounge and the outdoor serene garden with a beautiful fountain, where you may have a steaming cup of tea or coffee.  The swimming pool is beautifully maintained with a lot of greenery around, you cannot miss the garden with its splendid serenity.  There is a Machan which provides overlooks the neighbourhood and is an absolute delight, that beautifully gloss your overall staying experience and add to the fun.   There ample parking space is provided for those with a vehicle.  It is Ideal for Party Planners, Business Travelers, Solo Adventurers, Married Couples and Farm Stay etc.

  • A big state-of-the-art lobby is set with 4 sofa-cum-double bed, thereby inviting you to lounge comfortably in your leisurely time.
  • The attached shared kitchenette is equipped with essentials Like: Fridge, Microwave, Induction, RO, Water Dispenser and Dinner Sets these all are shared amenities.  Use & kindly keep them clean.
  • The bathroom has a geyser, you can use warm water if needed.

Important Instructions

  • Submit your ID proof & a refundable security deposit on arrival.
  • We strongly advise everyone to take care of your belongings & valuables during the farm stays, Our Farm will not responsible for the same.
  • Alcohol, Drugs or any kind of illegal activities are prohibited in the farm.  You may smoke outside the cottage, Keep your room locked.
  • DJ Systems are prohibited in the farm.  But you can use Hometheater or Normal Speakers for your entertainment or you may ask for the same.
  • Any damage to the property by your side, during the farm stay.  Samar Farms will be charged you for the same.
  • Basic cleaning of the room can be done on request.
  • Inquire about paid extra beds if needed.
  • If you want to cook your own food, kitchen facilities are availabe on paid basis.  Please inquire about.
  • Do not drink tap water.  RO water and water dispenser is common for guests.  Can bring your own choice of filtered water.  You may also inquire about a paid packed mineral water.
  • You may inquire about a complementary breakfast, It's only applicable on the farm stay for minimum 3 nights.
  • The grocery store is only a minute away from our farms.   There is a restaurant near about where you can order your own choice of food.  You may inquire about a paid meal.
  • Bonfire usage is chargeable.  Please inquire about the details before you book.

Payments Terms & Cancellation Policy

50% of the estimated billing amount to be paid at the time of booking and rest 50% of amount to be paid at the time of check-in

No refunds but your booking dates can be changed depending on availability, The refund will be depend upon the venues discretion.

FAQ

What are check-in and check-out timings?

Depends upon what package you have taken. Typically day package is from 10 am to 6 pm and night package is from 7 pm to 10 am next day.

What is the accommodation like?

Four Air Conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms, a lounge area with open kitchen for indoor party, or you can say a big hall for indoor get-together.

Sleeping arrangement available for how many people? How many extra mattresses can be accommodated?

The Farms provides double beds in bedrooms, two extra Single Mattresses and a 3-Seat Sofa also works as an extra bed. So in all 15 -20 people can sleep in the existing setup. For extra people mattresses can be arranged. Total sleeping arrangements can be made for 30 people.

Will extra mattress cost?

Extra Mattresses will cost 300/- each + Transport charges.

Is pool there and what is the size?

Yes, pool is there, size is 30x15x5 feet.

Do you provide music system? If yes, Which music system is provided?

Yes! A good quality, Party Music System is provided which is more than enough to rock a party.

How long can we play music inside and outside?

Loud music till 11pm and soft music can be played overnight in the Lawn. Inside soft music can be played all night.

Can we have a DJ? If yes! Till what time can we play?

Yes! Till 11pm.

Is TV available, if yes what is the size?

Yes! all rooms are equiped with the tv, 48 inches in the rooms.

What are the indoor and outdoor games available?

Yes! There is few Outdoor and Indoor games like, Cricket Kit, Badminton, Carrom, Chess, Ludo and Card games can be enjoyed at the venue.

How many people party do you allow?

Parties for gathering upto 150 people can be organized easily.

How many table and chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?

Total seating arrangement is for ouetdoor 16 people, we can also provide you extra table and chairs if needed.

Do we get caretaker help?

Yes! But just to do help for farm arrangement. No service, If you require his service you will have to pay him and his attendants extra.

If additional helper is required what will be the cost?

Additional helper is provided at 1000/- per person.

Is there a Kitchen with GAS and Oven? Can we use it to cook food?

Yes, Fully functional kitchen is available with gas, oven, fridge, RO etc. You can use the gas only for warming purposes.

Do we get crockery?

Yes, we have a dinner set over there. But, it's better you to carry a disposable.

Do online food delivery companies deliver food? If yes which all.

Yes! Swiggy and Zomato does deliver, A Menu from a nearby restaurant is also provided for food orders.

Do you have a provision to hire a cook, If yes! At what cost?

Yes! Cook will charge you 2000/- for a day.

Is there a catering service available?

Yes! Contact details will be provided. You can do your own negotiation as per menu.

What about liquor?

You can get your own in permissible limits, otherwise licence will required.
